Nihon Fuji Multi-Products Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") may receive personal information from customers in order to provide valuable products and services in the field of home oxygen therapy and quality of Life of customers. What is personal information?

Information that can identify as the individual customer, such as government ID''s with following details name, address and etc. Doctor's prescription provided by the customer through an agent/distributor, FB messenger message or email address.

We will endeavor to properly manage personal information and strive to ensure and improve security in order to prevent unauthorized access to personal information that may result to loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. of personal information.

Use of Personal Information

Personal information provided by customers will be used only for the purpose of use specified and will not be used for any other purpose without obtaining the consent of the customer.

Purpose of use of personal information on customers providing home care

Provision and collection of information on the delivery and proper use of "home oxygen therapy"
Provision and collection of information on the quality and safety of "home oxygen therapy"
Communication with related medical institutions, etc. and provision of information

Purpose of Use of Personal Information on Business Partners

Provision, collection, and communication of information, handouts, etc. related to sales activities
Provision, collection, and communication of information related to materials, purchasing, etc.
