Everything You Need to Know About Your Rental Oxygen Concentrator
Q1. How often can i use your product?
A. Very often, depending upon the level prescribed by the physician attending the patient base on its oxygen saturation level to be achieved at all activity levels.
Q2. I use it for the first time, but can I install and assemble it alone? Do I need any tools?
A. Even first-time users can use it easily.

Q3. Can I purchase instead of renting, if i used the product in a prolong period?
A. We do not sell it to the general public. By adopting a rental method, we know the history of all the oxygen concentrators. Oxygen separators (zeolites) that produce high-concentration oxygen deteriorate little by little over a long period of time. For this reason, we are only available for rental to general customers, and we strive to maintain quality by replacing the machine that have been used for a long time with new one.
Q4. In comparing your products with those found in malls, medical stores, why we choose your product instead?
A. We are the ones who manufacture our products, and we can guarantee our customers with high quality oxygen concentrator. The buyers are guaranteed with fast and reliable service. In case of unit malfunctioning, we have back up units to offer immediately.
Q5. How do you clean the O2 machines?
A. Returned oxygen concentrators undergo a thorough inspection, resetting, and cleaning process, including filter replacement and disposal of returned cannulas. Machines are also sanitized and left untouched for at least seven days before being shipped to the next customer.
Q6. Do O2 machines come with nasal cannulas and oxygen supply tubing?
A. Yes, one nasal cannula or mask cannula, pulse oximeter and Humidifier bottle will come with your rental O2 machine.
Q7. Is it safe to leave the machine turned on?
A. The machine is designed for continuous operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Q8. What if the O2 machine is broken due to manufacturer defects?
A. Don't worry, we will replace it for you!
Q9. What will happen or cost if the machine damage?
A. For damage caused intentionally or by negligence on the part of the customer, the repair costs will be charge according to the extent of the damage.
Q10. What if I lose the machine parts that need to be returned? ex. pulse oximeter
A. You will be charged accordingly to its selling price, but if the parts returned to us we will reimburse to you.
